Proteomic analyses
The laboratory is equipped with:
- Apparatus for proteomic analyses (purchased by the project “Development of scientific infrastructure”)
- System for vertical PAGE device and scanner for two-dimensional gels obtained by Differential in Gel Electrophoresis (DIGE), with opportunity for simultaneous detection of two fluorescent dyes and a software for processing of data (purchased by ReProForсe project)
