The study of global changes at the genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic level associated with biological processes in normal and pathological conditions of the reproductive system, and related organs
1. Study of changes in epigenetic regulation and chromatin organization and DNA metilation status in reproduction and related cancers
2. Genomic and transcriptomic studies - preparation of libraries and samples for sequencing, bioinformatics analysis of data obtained from sequencing and nanoproteimics
3. Bioinformatics analysis and biophysical validation of ligand-receptor interactions with a role and importance in reproduction, immunomodulation and oncology
4. Development and implementation of methods for cloning vectors design aimed at exogenous and genomic expression of molecules important in embryogenesis, reproductive immunology, oncogenesis and others.
5. Screening for new markers and validation of already detected markers with diagnostic application and development of diagnostic kits for clinical application.
